Who it's for

You don't need an evaluation team to prove what your work does.

No evaluation team. No framework to learn. Just your evidence, organised. Built for the organisations actually doing the work, funded, unfunded, trading, commissioned or volunteer-run, where nobody has time to learn a framework before the next deadline.

Volunteers in Volunteer-branded t-shirts pack bags of rice, beans, cooking oil and tinned food into cardboard boxes at a long table indoors.

Funded or not, the work counts

Some organisations here have grants and deadlines. Others have volunteers, a van and no income at all. Both need to be able to show what happened.

Nothing on this site assumes you already have a funder.

A good fit

Who it's for

Grant-funded charities

Money in, reports due on it. The work never stops long enough for anyone to write up what happened. The deadline arrives anyway.

Organisations working towards their first grant

You need evidence before anyone will fund you. That means collecting it now, not once the money arrives. This is a priority audience, not an afterthought.

CICs and social enterprises

Income comes from trading, so nobody sends you a template. You still have to show a board, an investor or a customer that the social side is real.

Commissioned and contracted services

You answer to a commissioner or a local authority against a specification, with outputs to evidence and a review coming. The categories are theirs. The work is yours.

Donation and membership-funded organisations

Donors, members and trustees want to know what their support did. There is no formal report cycle, which somehow makes it harder.

Volunteer-run and unfunded groups

Nobody external is asking yet. You want to know your work matters, and to have something solid ready the first time someone does ask.

Teams where proving impact is someone's third job

Nobody here has an evaluation background. Nobody has time to learn a framework before the next deadline. It should not need one.

Delivery organisations running programmes with participants

Groups, sessions, courses, one-to-one support. Work that happens with people week after week, generating evidence that rarely gets recorded.

Being straight with you

Who it's not for

Better to say it now than three weeks into a trial.

Large organisations with an established evaluation function

If you have evaluation specialists, an existing methodology and a data team, you already have most of this, and you will want more control than it currently offers.

Anyone who needs external portals or sharing today

No outside login, no shared workspace, no external access. You produce a report and send it yourself. If in-platform sharing is what you are buying, this is not it yet.
