The pilot
We're looking for 5–8 organisations to shape this with us
A few organisations using it on real work, telling us what holds up and what doesn't. That is how this gets built properly.

Real work, not a demo
We want ImpactProof used on live delivery, the sessions, the donations, the messy weeks. That is the only way we find out where it falls short.
Free for the duration. No price yet, and nothing to pay.
What to expect
Straight terms, both ways
What the pilot is
- Five to eight organisations, so we can work with each of you properly.
- Free for the duration of the pilot. There is no price yet and nothing to pay.
- Personal onboarding. We set your organisation and outcomes up alongside you.
- A direct line to the people building it, not a support queue.
What we're asking for
- Honest feedback, including the parts that annoy you, or that you quietly stop using.
- Enough real use that the feedback means something. Your actual delivery, not a test run.
- A case study later, only if you are happy with what you have and want to.
What isn't ready yet
- No external sharing. No logins or portals for anyone outside your organisation. You send reports yourself.
- Rough edges. Some things will be slower or clumsier than they should be.
- Features will change during the pilot, partly because of what you tell us.
What we commit to
- Your data handled properly, and never used for anything you have not agreed to.
- A real person supporting you, who knows your organisation.
- No lock-in. Leave whenever you want.
- Your data is exportable, so what you have collected stays yours.
Questions
Before you apply
The things people ask us most often, answered straight.
Do we need to be measuring our impact already?
No. Plenty of the organisations we talk to have attendance in a notebook and nothing else. Starting from nothing is a perfectly normal place to begin, and it is often easier than untangling half-finished spreadsheets.
Is there a cost to join the pilot?
No. It is free for the whole pilot. There is no price yet, no card details, and nothing to pay at the end of it. If we introduce pricing later, you will hear about it well before anything changes for you.
What if we're not a registered charity?
You are still welcome. We work with CICs, social enterprises, community groups and informal, volunteer-run projects. What matters is that you deliver something to people and need to show what it does.
What happens to our data if we stop using it?
It stays yours and you can export it. There is no lock-in, and nothing you have recorded is used for anything you have not agreed to. If you leave, tell us and we will delete your organisation's data.
How much time does onboarding actually take?
Roughly an hour with someone from our team to set up your organisation and outcomes, then a short check-in as you get going. After that it is a few minutes after a session rather than a block of work later.
What if we're not selected for this round?
We will tell you either way rather than leave you waiting. The pilot is only five to eight organisations, so most applicants will not be in this round, and we will keep you posted on the next one if you want us to.
